职位描述：

其它任职资格（工作经验、知识结构、能力要求、性格及品质等）：

1) 有2年以上高边开关IC或栅极驱动IC设计经验，5年以上此类产品开发经验者优先考虑；

2) 熟悉数模混合电路设计；

3) 能够独立进行架构设计、电路设计和仿真，对layout进行指导，熟练使用相关设计工具；

4) 熟悉智能开关IC器件工作原理；

5) 熟悉器件测试原理和方法；

6) 熟悉器件系统验证方法；

7) 性格及品质：主动性强、钻研精神，良好的沟通能力和团队意识！
