Our low and medium voltage MOSFETs are categorized into three major series, covering breakdown voltages from –100V to 300V and achieving ultra-low on-resistance as low as 0.4mΩ. Currently, we offer over 1000 models across more than 20 package types. The main product series include: • SpeedFET™ Series: Featuring ultra-low on-resistance and application-optimized dynamic characteristics, this series delivers low losses and high efficiency, making it ideal for high-frequency applications. • RobustFET™ Series: Designed with high gate oxide reliability and user-friendly characteristics, this series is well-suited for low-frequency applications. • BPFET™ Series: With a wide SOA, excellent short-circuit robustness and outstanding EAR, this series supports a wide range of frequencies. Leveraging the unique advantages of each product series, ZMJ supports applications in: Thermal management (engine cooling fan, water pump, oil pump); Traditional powertrain; Chassis systems (EPS, i-Boost, ESC, One-Box); Vehicle electrification (inverter, DC-DC converter, OBC); Body electronics & connectivity (T-Box); Smart driving and smart cabin systems.
