Compared with the traditional fuel vehicle air conditioning system, the thermal management of new energy vehicles has added the concepts of power battery thermal management, electric drive thermal management, and vehicle thermal management, which has put forward new technological requirements for the integration, high efficiency, and high reliability of medium- and low-voltage power semiconductors in the face of such harsh working conditions.
